Meet the Team

We are a team of dedicated, responsive and thorough real-estate valuation professionals.  Rob, MAI, has more than 20 years of appraisal experience, valuing a wide rage of property types for a variety of reasons,  such as agricultural, commercial, industrial, conservation easements, estate planning, tax appeal, and vacant land.  Jarod is new in the field and is currently working as our research assistant while in the pursuit of a Limited Appraisers License.  Meranda is the office manager, serving as support to Rob and Jarod as well as handling the administrative tasks of the business.
