Meet the Team
Robert Lentz, founder and President is a designated MAI, and has more than 20 years of appraising and consulting experience. He holds a B.S. degree from the University of Michigan and is a certified general appraiser. He has been involved in assignments throughout the mid-western United States. His experience covers all real estate markets, including land, residential, commercial, agricultural, special-purpose and recreational properties. Furthermore, he has years of experience valuing net leased investment properties and proposed and completed conservation easements. His works supports a variety of uses including acquisitions, rent studies, conservation easements and acquisitions, charitable donation asset valuations, lending and portfolio monitoring. His list of clients includes private individuals, attorneys, estates, city, county, state and federal government, financial institutions and mortgage companies, insurance and pension funds, professional firms and public and private corporations.
Jarod Lentz, is a limited license appraiser currently working towards his Certified General Appraiser certificate. He has a B.A. from Eastern Michigan University. He enjoys golf, traveling, music/concerts and time spent with friends and loved ones. He, his wife Kendall and pups Biscuit and Chowder reside in Lenawee County.
Abigail Lentz is a research assistant that is taking her pre-qualifying education to become a limited license appraiser and ultimately earn her Certified General Appraiser certificate. She earned her B.A. from Northern Michigan University. She, her spouse Devon, and fur-babies Bucket and Maggie enjoy spending time on the water whether that's scuba diving, kayaking, sailing or just walking the beach.
Meranda Lentz is the office manager, with years of administrative experience in both the public and private sectors handles office administration, payroll, and bookkeeping. She earned her B.A. in Public Administration at the University of Michigan.
